Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Operational Risk Management Support Specialist. The successful candidate will have a strong awareness of Operational Risk Management and relevant tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Loss Database. Responsibilities include performing backtesting of RCSA control testing, monitoring and renewing RCSAs in a timely manner, reviewing processes to identify key risks, and conducting thematic reviews within established timelines.
Candidates should possess knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, ideally hold a CA/MBA or have experience in control functions (ORM/Audit). Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
